We are seeking a talented Support Engineer to play a central role in our Customer group.

Position Overview

Join CoreTigo’s Customer Success and Professional Services group.  Lead:

  • Solution delivery; set the bar for products commercialization.
  •  Customer support & satisfaction, technical lead.
  • Customer/Partner training, product integration, and upselling activities

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Providing support and technical assistance both pre-sale and post-sale.
  • Training our distributors and customers in using CoreTigo products, both our hardware and our software environments.
  • Troubleshoot existing customer solutions (emails, ticketing, and support calls).
  • Aiding customers to first define project needs and requirements, both in terms of hardware needed and application requirements.
  • Support technical discussions with customers about their use-cases, needs, pain points and translate customer feedback into product requirements.
  • Help/train customers to understand product architecture and features, promote and demo products functionalities with Sales and Marketing
  • Take part in commercialization activities related to customer support, product Demo & Beta customers
  • Act as an evangelist for services, assisting sales and business development with selling and serving as an executive sponsor for our strategic customers/partner

Essential Skills

  •  Be certified as one of the following: Engineer / Electrical & Control Engineer / Electronics / Computers
  • Be fluent in spoken English and have strong writing skills.
  • Be willing and able to travel abroad several times a year.
  • Have excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Have the ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • Have experience in creating training presentations and providing in English.
  • Be service-oriented

Advantages

  • Experience in working with automation and control systems (PLCs) – a significant advantage
  • Experience working with customers locally and abroad, in supporting overseas distributors and solving complex problems.
