As part of our growth, we have established a Europe Sales Director role and seeking a talented, connected, and experienced player from the industrial space to join us!
Position Overview
The Sales Director role is to manage, develop and grow business in the industrial space with channel partners (distributors, resellers, system integrators and engineering partners), automation manufacturers and machine builders across Europe (excluding Germany and Italy). He/she will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability and partner development objectives. This role requires both the acquisition of new customers/partners, as well as the continuous nurturing and relationship development with existing ones.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan based on focused segments and industries to expand
• CoreTigo’s customer base and ensure its dominance in the region
• Develop and grow existing partners by ensuring adequate support, periodic business reviews and end-customer engagement
• Acquire new customers ranging from machine builders to system integrators, distributors, manufacturing plants and automation equipment manufacturers
• Direct contact and outreach with prospective clients to drive business and conversion to bookings (both catalog products sales and custom development projects)
• Support the development of the Global Distribution and System Integrator partner programs
• Develop regional channel policies and strategy
Prospecting, qualifying, and onboarding channel partners
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned channel accounts
• Support sales processes creation and streamlining
• Craft focused development and business plans for each channel partner and monitor progress
• Coordinate the involvement of relevant company personnel in order to meet channel performance objectives and expectations
• Maintain monthly sales revenue forecast and achieve sales goals and KPIs accordingly

Essential Skills
• Strong technical understanding of factory automation systems, solutions and applications
• Proven sales track record with machine builders, manufacturing plants and/or automation equipment manufacturers and Channel partners in Europe (Packaging and assembly machine industry experience – advantage)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Wireless communication solutions knowledge and experience – advantage
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
• Passionate and result-oriented; “Hunter” in nature
• Ability to operate independently in the region of responsibility
• Collaborative team player capable of working with remote headquarters and supporting functions
• Excellent presentation, networking and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; Advantage if candidate possesses additional language skills
