We are seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team, reporting to CoreTigo’s CFO.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Perform all day-to-day financial transactions, including activities related to the account payable function, reviewing and processing invoices and payments to local and foreign vendors.
    • Manage payments to local and foreign vendors and credit card reconciliations.
    • Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, sales, tax, collection, and revenue recognition.
    • Responsible for several bank accounts (local and foreign) including daily reconciliation and cash flow.
    • Responsible for Monthly/Quarterly Close: account reconciliations and working papers, preparing the full trial balance.
    • Responsible for General Ledger and Sub Ledgers such as: AP, AR, FA, Accruals, Intercompany, etc.
    • Monitoring accrued liabilities and prepaid expenses.
    • Review and record reimbursements of employees’ travel and expense reports.
    • Taxes: In charge of WHT monthly report, annual reports to Israeli authorities (856,126, and VAT).
    • Support any internal or external audit processes including the preparation of requested documents and interactions with auditors.
    • Work with Coretigos’ bookkeeping offices around the world.
    • Process Travel & expenses reports and maintain approval flow.
    • Assist in forecast Vs Actual reporting.
    • Assist in improving, developing, and documenting accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls with a continuous focus on ERP process improvement and accuracy.
    • Support implementation of ERP.
    • Manage end-to-end payroll and benefits processes for all Israeli employees and work with the service provider.
    • Ad hoc accounting and bookkeeping projects as needed.

    Requirements

    • Certified Bookkeeper.
    • At least 6 years of experience as a Bookkeeper within a global company (Start-up experience is a plus).
    • Experience with Excel.
    • Experience with ERP (NetSuit, Priority, etc.).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
    • Service-oriented, friendly, and a team player.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
