OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)

A machine builder, or OEM, is a company or individual responsible for designing, manufacturing, and assembling machinery and equipment used in manufacturing and industrial settings. These machine builders create either a line of generic, or specialized machines, that play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Machine builders work closely with engineers, following blueprints and design specifications to construct and maintain these machines. They may also fabricate parts when necessary.
