TigoStarter K23 Evaluation Kit

TigoStarter K23 Evaluation Kit is a comprehensive solution that allows simple connectivity to a wide range of off-the-shelf devices, including IO-Link, digital, and analog sensors, actuators, I/O hubs, and PLCs to IO-Link Wireless components.
This kit demonstrates the advantages of IO-Link Wireless communication for a variety of applications, and the benefits of implementing it in a production environment.

Field Device Level

  • Conversion of IO-Link sensors and actuators to IO-Link Wireless devices that can communicate with the TigoMaster 2TH using the IO-Link Wireless TigoBridge
  • Connection of multiple IO-Link or Digital sensors/actuators to the TigoHub i4
  • Convert Analog to IO-Link using the TigoConverter for seamless connectivity with the TigoBridge or TigoHub i4

Control Level

  •  PLC connection using either PROFINET, EtherCAT, or EtherNet/IP protocols
  • PC and on-premise server connection using TigoEngine
  • Connection of an IO-Link Wireless sensor or actuator and IO-Link D/A hub through the TigoMaster 2TH (with support of up to 16 IO-Link Wireless devices by the TigoMaster)

Software System Level

  • Installation of the TigoEngine software tool on the PC and/or on-premise server
  •  End-user configuration, testing, and evaluation of IO-Link Wireless sensors and actuators
  • Provision of process and on-demand data (cyclic and acyclic)
